(Dog) Faces of TNC
Frankie & Dottie
Office Manager at The Dogs Butcher / Dibo Finest
“Meet Dottie, my loveable French Bulldog and unofficial office mascot. I started bringing her in so she wouldn’t spend the day alone – and she’s never looked back. She has a special talent for charming every visitor who walks through the door, especially the men, who she works on until she gets all the fusses she deserves. She loves posing for photos, and takes her napping duties very seriously. The one thing that gets her truly excited? Dinner time – when her Dogs Butcher food arrives, the whole office knows about it.”
Peter & Pippa
UK Managing Director
“Meet Pippa, my gorgeous Golden Retriever and my most loyal work-from-home companion. Since I live further from the office, Pippa doesn’t always make the commute – but on my home office days, she’s right by my side, keeping me safe from any birds that dare enter the garden. So far, just barking has been required. Pippa takes her role as product tester very seriously – raw fed from the start, she’ll sample everything we trial. And if you ever meet her, watch out: colleagues say she actually smiles when she gets her fusses.”
Nina & Nemo
Social Media, Content Creation & Influencer Marketing
“Meet Nemo – also known as Nems, Neminski, Walter, and Nemo-Stink. He came all the way from Romania as a rescue dog, and while his exact breed remains a mystery, Nina suspects there’s a Brittany Spaniel in there somewhere. Nemo was the very first marketing office dog at haustierkost, and I made one thing clear from the start: no dog, no deal. Every morning he races through the office, greets everyone with the happiest ears imaginable, and soaks up every bit of attention he can get.”
Helin & Bounty
Product Management & Product Development
“Meet Bounty, my Yorkiepoo – a mix of Yorkshire Terrier and Poodle, and the most laid-back colleague in the office. When I started job hunting after my studies in the Netherlands, one thing was non-negotiable: Bounty had to come with me. He loves people, gets along with every dog, and takes his napping very seriously – colleagues call him the “Oberchiller” because he regularly sleeps on his back right in the middle of the office buzz. On stressful days, one glance at him is all it takes.”
Nina & Laica
Apprentice, E-Commerce Team
“Meet Laica, my rescue mix from Italy, who has been my office companion since I joined the team a year and a half ago. I was actually asked during my job interview whether I had a dog – and whether I’d like to bring her along. Easy yes. Laica is the opposite of a napper – she’d much rather spend the day exploring the office. Her favourite meeting move? Rolling onto her back and falling asleep, sometimes snoring. Colleagues describe her as always in a good mood, and impressively fit for a ten-year-old.”
Carina & Mylo
Marketing Manager
“Meet Mylo, my Romanian street dog and the reason I applied for this job in the first place. When I spotted “dogs welcome” in the job listing, it sealed the deal. Mylo struggles with being alone, so finding a dog-friendly workplace wasn’t just a nice-to-have – it was a must. Older and wonderfully calm, he joins me in meetings, keeps his cool no matter what’s going on, and has a way of making even stressful moments feel manageable. Colleagues will tell you his fur is unbelievably soft.”
Lisa & Fibi
Graphic Designer
“Meet Fibi, my Miniature Schnauzer-Terrier mix from Romania, who has been by my side every single day since my very first day at TNC – over two years and counting. Fibi is the perfect mix of playful and relaxed. She loves attention, but is equally happy just lying quietly beside me. Her highlights? Snack samples, cuddles from colleagues, and the occasional photoshoot. At lunchtime she joins the dog crew for a walk. Colleagues say she’s loved by everyone – and when we’re on holiday, she’s genuinely missed.”
Madita & Odin
Senior Digital Sales Manager
“Meet Odin, my Romanian mystery mix – and the office mood-maker. When I was looking for a job, I specifically searched for dog-friendly employers, and Odin has been with me from day one. He’s the kind of dog who just makes everyone feel better – the moment he senses someone is stressed, he’s right there. Colleagues describe him as always cheerful, very communicative – yes, he talks a lot – and simply a great character. Watching him thrive around so many dog-loving colleagues is an absolute joy.”
Leonie & Toni
Senior Brand Manager
“Meet Toni, my four-year-old Australian Shepherd, who has been joining me at the office from the very beginning. She knows exactly which mornings she gets to come in, and her excitement says it all. Toni is happiest stretched out under my desk fast asleep – but she also makes sure I get fresh air and good conversations on our lunchtime walks. Her absolute favourite spot is our photo studio, where she gets to be in front of the camera, which means the best treats and all the attention in the world.”
Svenja & Cora
Head of Category, Product Portfolio Germany
“Meet Cora, my five-year-old German Shepherd and the reason I ended up here in the first place. Finding a role where I’d work with pet topics every day was a perfect fit – and my experience with raw feeding probably didn’t hurt in the interview either. Cora is a champion napper and remarkably easy-going when the day runs long. She forces me outside at lunch no matter how busy things get. She’s selective with her affection, but when she loves someone, she loves them wholeheartedly – her joy is absolutely unmistakable.”

Alice & Lotte
Customer Service
“Meet Lotte – officially Charlotte, a short-haired Dachshund with a big ego on little legs. She’s been coming to the office since week twelve of her life, so the working world is really all she’s ever known. Her superpower? Reliably chasing away bad moods, even on Monday mornings. Lotte greets everyone as if they came in just for her, whether on two legs or four. On stressful days, a quick cuddle is usually enough to reset. Colleagues are unanimous: Lotte is a living legend with a natural talent for making an entrance.”
